Given the key role of our country in the region and the growing threats of the domination system, it is important to examine the effects of the emergence of new cyber technologies in the military to develop strategic plans and take advantage of opportunities and threats. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify opportunities and threats of emerging technologies in the military field. The present study is in terms of the type of research in the field of applied research, in terms of the research project in the field of future research and in terms of research method in the category of descriptive / analytical research with exploratory view. The statistical population of the study includes 7 experts in the field of cyber and 50 experts in the field of cyber and military, who were selected by snowball method. Based on the results of the analysis of research data, the military opportunities and threats of new technologies were identified and presented in three categories: physical, information and cognitive. The characteristics of this research can be used in the strategic planning of the country's military. <em>فناوری‌های سایبری در ده سال آینده از رشد و توسعه شگرفی برخوردار بوده و این رشد بر تمامی ابعاد سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست‌محیطی و نظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تأثیرات بسیاری خواهد داشت. با عنایت به نقش کلیدی کشورمان در منطقه و تهدیدهای روزافزون نظام سلطه، بررسی تأثیرات ظهور فناوری‌های نوین سایبری در بعد نظامی جهت تدوین برنامه‌های راهبردی و بهره‌گیری از فرصت‌ها و تهدیدات آن حائز اهمیت می‌باشد. لذا هدف از این تحقیق، شناسایی فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای فناوری‌های نوظهور در حوزه‌ نظامی است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ نوع تحقیق در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی، از لحاظ طرح تحقیق در زمره تحقیقات آینده‌نگر و از لحاظ روش تحقیق در زمره تحقیقات توصیفی-تحلیلی با نگاه اکتشافی دسته‌بندی می‌گردد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تعداد 7 نفر از خبرگان حوزه سایبری و تعداد 50 نفر از صاحب‌نظران حوزه‌های سایبری و نظامی می‌باشند که به روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. بر اساس نتایج حاصله از تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدات نظامی فناوری‌های نوین در سه دسته فیزیکی، اطلاعاتی و شناختی، شناسایی و ارائه گردید. شاخص‌های حاصله از این تحقیق می‌تواند در امر برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی نظامی کشور مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.</em> https://jasd.khadu.ir/article_29_6ea9ab1baa0efb9e19094440c317e21b.pdf
